    The service life of the hydraulic hose assembly depends on its conditions of use.


    Check the hose assembly in use for leaks, kinks, outer blistering, abrasions, abrasions or other damage. After the assembly is damaged or worn, it must be replaced immediately.


    The following measures can be used to extend the service life of the assembly:

    1, hose assembly installation: hydraulic hose assembly should be installed in line with SAEJ1273 hydraulic hose on the direction and layout of the relevant standards to ensure that the hose assembly is properly used.

    2, the working pressure: hydraulic system pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure of the hose. Stresses or peaks above the rated working pressure are extremely damaging, and must be taken into account when selecting a hose.

    4, the temperature range: Do not exceed the recommended limit temperature conditions (including internal and external temperature) under the use of hose. If the hydraulic fluid used contains emulsion or solution, please refer to the relevant technical data. Regardless of the temperature range of the hose, no more than the maximum temperature recommended by the fluid manufacturer.

    5, fluid compatibility: hydraulic hose assembly (inner layer, outer layer, reinforcement layer and hose connector) must be compatible with the use of fluid. The proper hose must be used because the chemical properties of the phosphate and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids are quite different. Many hoses are suitable for one or more fluids but are not suitable for all fluid types.

    6, the minimum bending radius: the hose can not be bent to less than the recommended minimum bending radius, nor to allow the hose to withstand tension or torque, which may make the reinforcement layer to withstand excessive stress, greatly reduce the ability of the hose to withstand the pressure

    7, hose size: hose size (diameter) must be able to handle the required flow, at a specific flow, if the diameter is too small, will cause excessive fluid pressure and heat, resulting in damage to the inner layer.

    8, the hose to the layout: the hose to be restrained, protected or guided (if necessary, the use of pipe clamp), in order to minimize excessive deflection, jitter or contact with moving parts or corrosive caused by the risk of breaking the ring. Determine the appropriate length of the hose and the form of the joint to prevent wear, avoid contact with sharp objects and produce twist, so as to prevent leakage of the connection.

    9, the length of the hose: to determine the correct length of the hose should be under pressure, the machine vibration and movement, as well as hose assembly wiring length taken into account.
